Qualifications

• Experience in background screening preferred.
• Ability to type 45 WPM.

Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service for client inquiries via email, phone, or chat.
• Educate clients on searches, forms needed for searches, and the adverse action process.
• Assist clients with creating new user accounts and processing orders.
