Job summary

Sedgwick is seeking a Client Services Director with extensive claims experience to lead account strategies remotely in the U.S. You will steward client relationships, oversee renewal programs, and guide complex service models while supervising staff.

Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of workers' compensation, general liability or auto claims, plus a track record in client retention and revenue growth. Flexible scheduling and robust benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Ten years related experience required, with two years as account manager or five years adjuster experience including supervision.
• Experience in Workers' Compensation, General Liability or Auto claims preferred.
• Proven ability to manage complex client service programs and renewals.

Responsibilities

• Provides stewardship reporting to clients and educates on issues and trends.
• Conducts pre-renewal visits and reviews loss experience and performance.
• Performs renewal, contract revision and client service instruction for complex programs.
• Negotiates changes to service plans and coordinates invoicing and AR follow-up.
• Identifies cross-selling opportunities and supervises staff.
