Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist for ACA reporting. You will serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, manage projects, and deliver services and resources to support annual ACA reporting."

You will have strong communication and organization skills, work remotely within approved Lumelight states, and coordinate with brokers and internal teams to ensure accurate, timely reporting and high client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• College degree and/or 2-4 years of client-facing work experience with strong customer service etiquette.
• At least 2 years of experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with Windows PCs.
• Certifications: N/A.
• Required software: N/A.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and Lumelight teammates.
• Manage and monitor client accounts ensuring timely data and information delivery.
• Collect data, analyze for accuracy, and monitor client engagement and satisfaction.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Identify and resolve problems or issues promptly.
• Ensure on-time and accurate ACA reporting per contracts.
• Stay current on benefits laws and ACA-related regulations.
• Represent Lumelight in broker/client interactions.
• Provide quality control for ACA reporting clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
