Job summary

Lumelight, LLC is seeking a Client Services Specialist to serve as the primary contact for assigned clients through the annual ACA reporting cycle. Work may be performed in our Baltimore area office or remotely.

You will manage client accounts, collect data, ensure timely and accurate reporting, and maintain knowledge of benefits laws and regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential to success.

Qualifications

• Education: College degree and/or 2–4 years of client-facing work with strong customer service etiquette.
• 2+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and comfortable on Windows PCs.
• N/A certifications.
• N/A software/tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned clients during ACA reporting.
• Provide project management, proactive communication, and delivery of services.
