Job summary

Lumelight is seeking a Client Services Coordinator I to support audit participants through verification, answer calls, and review submissions. This remote role operates within approved Lumelight states and uses standard office software and video conferencing.

Expected hours are 10AM-7PM EST, Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, with occasional extended hours for campaigns or launches. Healthcare CS experience and MS Office skills are valued.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience (healthcare CS preferred).
• Inbound-call experience or call center background.
• Proven excellence in supporting complex customers.
• Strong problem-solving ability in a customer environment.
• Analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle multiple documents in various apps.
• MS Office proficiency and video conferencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and portal inquiries from audit participants.
• Monitor and track calls with accurate notes in our platform.
• Review documentation and establish eligibility per client rules.
• Complete key deadlines and deliverables per project plan.

About the Role:

Client Services Coordinator I, is responsible for assisting audit participants with the verification process. This includes answering calls and reviewing document submissions. This position works closely with other coordinators and management to meet and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive inbound calls and portal inquiries from audit participants.
• Monitor and track calls by maintaining accurate notes within our platform.
• Review documentation and establish eligibility according to client eligibility rules and documentation requirements
• Complete Key Deadlines and Deliverables according to project plan
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• 1 year of customer service experience. (Healthcare Customer Service preferred)
• Prior experience receiving inbound calls or working in a Call Center.
• Proven excellence in the support and service to complex customers.
• Superior problem-solving ability, preferably within a customer environment.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking ability.
• Ability to quickly, accurately, and efficiently work with multiple documents in a variety of applications.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred not required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.) and video conferencing

This position is a remote position within approved Lumelight states. This role operates in a professional office environment, whether in person or remotely. The position routine uses computers, collaboration software, design applications, video editing tools, and other standard office equipment. Equipment will be provided to qualified employees.

Expected Hours of Work: 10AM-7PM EST

Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, following an agreed-upon schedule. Occasional extended hours may be required to support marketing campaigns, website launches, events, webinars, or other business priorities.
