Job summary

Next Stop Travel seeks a Customer Service Representative to assist clients, organize service arrangements, and support coordination in a remote environment. The role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

You will handle inquiries by email, phone, and online platforms; identify client needs; coordinate scheduling; submit reservations with providers; and maintain accurate records while supporting process improvements and teamwork.

Qualifications

Responsibilities
