Next Stop Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a fully remote role, coordinating client service plans and reservations with external providers. You will handle inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, and maintain organized records in internal systems.

Ideal candidates have experience in customer service or administrative roles, strong communication, and the ability to work independently in a structured remote setting. Onboarding includes training and ongoing support.
