Roundabout Theatre Company, the nation’s largest not-for-profit theatre, seeks a Client Services Associate for a fully remote role within its Criterion Ticketing team. The position supports event administration and database work in Tessitura, and coordinates with Roundabout Productions.

This full-time role includes benefits and a focus on data-driven event planning. Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in arts organizations, strong Excel/Outlook skills, CRM experience, and familiarity with Tessitura.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in an arts organization, theatre company, or box office.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with CRM is required.
• Familiarity with Tessitura strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, program, and maintain events and pricing in Tessitura.
• Create and schedule production events.
• Audit event builds.
• Program pricing, promotions, and dynamic pricing events.
• Facilitate annual subscription rollovers.
