Job summary

Roundabout Theatre Company is seeking a non-union, full-time Box Office Representative at our Off-Broadway Miriam and Harold Steinberg Center for Theatre. You will support smooth box office operations and provide excellent service to subscribers and single-ticket buyers.

Responsibilities include handling ticketing and inquiries, balancing cash drawers, maintaining data in Tessitura, and assisting with special projects.

Qualifications

• Prior call center, box office or customer service experience required.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a busy environment.
• Interest in the performing arts and theatre is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Handle ticketing and customer service inquiries to ensure positive experiences.
• Maintain customer and transaction data in Tessitura and related systems.
• Process house seat orders as directed by Box Office management.
• Balance daily cash drawers and maintain box office files.
