Job summary

Baker Tilly is seeking a temporary Client Services Representative to support our Benefits Administration team. This role begins in September and runs through March 2027, offering a remote work environment and a chance to engage with HIPAA-compliant processes and customer-focused guidelines.

You will handle high volumes of contacts, document interactions in the system, and maintain service quality while adapting to changing schedules and guidelines.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience with high engagement.
• Basic understanding of health insurance terminology.
• Ability to work in a remote contact center environment.
• Strong data entry and PC skills; multiple applications simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts promptly.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide next steps and solutions.
• Keep detailed records of contacts in the ticketing system.
• Maintain ownership of contact experience and resolution for assigned cases.
• Follow compliance guidelines and reference job aides when addressing topics.
• Meet or exceed goals for call monitoring, metrics and client satisfaction.
