Job summary

Baker Tilly US is hiring a temporary Client Services Representative to support the Benefits Administration team. This remote role starts in September and runs through March 2027, handling high volumes of inquiries, documenting interactions, and ensuring compliant, quality service.

You will engage with clients, resolve issues, and collaborate across departments to maintain service levels. The position requires a high school diploma (associate's degree preferred), 2 years of customer service

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; associate's degree preferred.
• 2 years of customer service experience with high customer engagement.
• Basic health insurance terminology knowledge preferred.
• Ability to work in a remote contact center environment.
• Strong data entry skills and PC multitasking across multiple apps.
• Hard-wired ethernet connection required with high-speed internet.
• Ability to operate under pressure and de-escalate customer concerns.
• Commitment to high quality service and confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Support large volumes of inbound and outbound contacts promptly.
• Identify customer needs, clarify information, research issues and provide next steps.
• Maintain detailed records in the agent ticketing system.
• Own contact experience and resolution for assigned cases.
• Follow compliance guidelines and use job aides as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve cases via ticketing.
• Stay updated on client updates and policy changes.
• Meet or exceed internal metrics and client satisfaction goals.
• Project a professional attitude and build relationships with internal partners.
• Complete educational seminars to maintain knowledge and compliance.
