• Schedule and conduct virtual consultations through Zoom.
• Walk clients through available coverage and supplemental benefit options.
• Answer questions and guide enrollment and onboarding steps.
• Maintain organized digital records and follow-up communication.
• Provide professional, client-focused support throughout the process.
• Participate in leadership development, mentorship, and training sessions.
