Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a Client Services Program Manager to coordinate complex health program activities for clients nationwide. This full-time remote role focuses on keeping programs on schedule, managing cross-functional teams, and maintaining clear communication with clients and leadership.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client services or program management, bachelor’s preferred, and ability to travel up to 25%. This position offers comprehensive benefits and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• 5+ years related client services experience preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Regularly review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings; take detailed notes and document key points.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects; set due dates and assign responsible parties.
• Follow up on action items; ensure responsibilities and deadlines are met.
• Provide weekly reports on all program activities.
• Solicit feedback from owners on sub-tasks and milestones.
• Maintain up-to-date activity timelines and articulate progress/delays.
• Develop and manage activity timelines to ensure on-schedule deliverables.
• Obtain consensus for risks, decisions and closures.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitate communication between internal teams and external clients.
• Escalate delays to program leadership when needed.
• Manage contract amendments and project change requests for the client.
• Coordinate client interactions with internal & external partners.
• Share and present program expectations during weekly client leadership meetings and quarterly business reviews.
• Manage client access to internal applications and data reports.
