Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking a remote Program Manager to coordinate complex client services programs across IT and business teams. Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience.
• Min 5 years’ experience managing complex program activities.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.
• Proven product knowledge in business area.

Responsibilities

• Review program activities weekly, monthly and quarterly with the client.
• Attend client meetings and document key points and decisions.
• Monitor program activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Set due dates and assign responsibilities.
• Follow up on action items and ensure deadlines are met.
• Provide weekly status on all program activities.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely task completion.
• Escalate delays to program leadership when needed.
• Manage contract amendments and change requests.
