Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking a skilled program manager to oversee client services and cross-functional program activities for our US-based remote team. You will coordinate meetings, track deliverables, and manage contracts and change requests.

The role requires at least five years in client services, strong program-management capabilities, and travel under 25%. Bachelor’s degree preferred. The position offers competitive benefits and a flexible remote schedule.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• Ability to travel - less than 25%

Responsibilities

• Regularly reviewing weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend all program and client meetings and document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program’s activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Includes setting due dates and responsible parties
• Follows up on action items to ensure deadlines are met
• Weekly report out of all program’s activities
• Coordinate cross-functional teams for timely completion of tasks related to program activities.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership
