Cardinal Health is seeking a program manager for the Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services group. This remote, full-time role supports client programs, coordinates multi-team activities, and ensures timely deliverables in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in client services and program management, with a Bachelor’s degree preferred. Travel less than 25% is expected, and comprehensive benefits are offered by Cardinal Health.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years of related client services experience.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attends program and client meetings; takes detailed notes and documents key points and decisions.
• Monitors all program activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Sets due dates and assigns responsible parties; follows up on action items to ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintains/up-to-date activity timelines; communicates progress and delays.
• Develops and manages activity timelines to ensure deliverables are completed on schedule.
• Coordinates cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion of tasks.
• Facilitates communication between internal teams and external clients to ensure objectives are understood.
• Escalates delayed activities to program leadership when needed.
