The position emphasizes inbound client interest, licensing guidance where required, and ongoing professional development from anywhere in the United States. Selected candidates will conduct virtual consultations, build long-term client relationships, and help clients explore

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States.
• Be prepared to obtain the appropriate Life & Health Insurance license if required for the role.
• Familiar with virtual meetings and digital tools.
• Previous client service experience is a plus but not required.
• Must have work authorization in the United States.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Reliable internet connection and a Windows-based laptop with webcam.

Responsibilities

• Conduct virtual consultations with clients via Zoom.
• Participate in mentorship and team development.
• Deliver excellent, client-centered service.
• Handle documentation accurately and stay on top of follow-ups.

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
