Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories is seeking a proactive Service and Account Manager to support and grow client relationships across our laboratory services. You will service customer accounts, monitor accounts, and promote TriCore offerings with professionalism and integrity.

Location: Remote with travel as needed; you will coordinate communication across departments, train customers, and address issues to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

• Establish and retain relationships with our customers.
• Monitor and ensure customer accounts are correctly built.
• Support billing initiatives to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Document, resolve issues, and assist with new accounts.
• Meet monthly with assigned customers to retain/grow accounts.
• Prepare proposals for new accounts per pricing policy.
