Job summary

Pathgroup- is seeking an Account Manager to retain existing Associated Pathologists, P.C. clients and ensure high service levels. You will improve client communications, resolve issues, and drive loyalty from a remote work setup.

Requirements include a B.S./B.A. or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and a proven sales track record. Prior medical sales experience is preferred to grow market share and manage payor contracts effectively.

Qualifications

• 2 years of medical sales experience preferred.
• A proven track record of success in the sales field required.
• Valid driver's license and excellent driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Retain current business, increase market share and implement company payor contracts.
• Serve as the contact person for client concerns and liaison between client and communicator.
• Identify and resolve unsubstantiated ideas regarding payor contracts.
• Conduct client surveys and analyses to measure market coverage.
• Distribute marketing and patient education literature.
• Ensure compliance with security, privacy and corporate policies.
