Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in multi-tasking and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate with customers with empathy and active listening.
• Able to work effectively in a team and meet personal metrics.
• Typing accuracy and speed required.
• Willing to work holiday rotations, on-call, and overtime.
• Comfortable using a computer with dual screens and internet applications.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support on incoming calls from customers and internal teams.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership.
• Maintain department metrics and strive for quality and efficiency.
• Adhere to Department Policies and Procedures and training materials.
• Demonstrate competency with applications after training period.
