Job summary

TriCore, New Mexico’s largest laboratory, seeks a Client Engagement Specialist to provide excellent customer service to patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers. The role requires on-site attendance in Albuquerque during an 8–12 week training period; after training, remote work may be possible based on performance and business needs.

Shifts include evenings, weekends, holidays and on-call coverage.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Typing test average: 4,000–5,999 keystrokes.
• Associate’s degree preferred; medical certificate training may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer support on calls using iCARE guidelines.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership as needed.
• Maintain department metrics and quality indicators.
• Read and follow Department Policies and TriCore procedures.
• Promote accurate and timely responses to inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence.
