Job summary

TriCore Reference Laboratories in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Client Engagement Specialist to deliver exceptional customer service on all transactions. After training, some remote work may be possible based on performance and business needs.

The role involves communicating with patients, physicians, providers, and internal customers to resolve inquiries promptly and accurately. Initial on-site attendance during an 8–12 week training period is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: High school diploma or equivalent.
• Be able to articulate with customers with strong communication and persuasion.
• Flexibility to work a holiday rotation, on-call, and overtime when required.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level customer service support via calls, email, and written inquiries.
• Escalate complex issues to Client Engagement Leadership as needed.
• Maintain awareness of department metrics and quality indicators.
• Read and follow Department Policies related to Client Engagement and TriCore.
• Meet department metrics and quality standards for most of the rolling year.
