Responsibilities

• Meet with clients virtually via Zoom and phone appointments.
• Guide clients through enrollment and ensure understanding of coverage features.
• Provide ongoing customer service and follow-up to build long-term relationships.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and stay current on products and requirements.
