• Comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and ongoing professional development are provided.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
• Connect with individuals interested in learning about available benefits
• Listen to client needs and financial protection priorities
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
• Answer questions clearly and professionally
• Help clients evaluate benefit and coverage options
• Provide needs-based recommendations
• Guide clients through applications and enrollment
• Provide ongoing service and follow-up
• Assist with applicable policy reviews and beneficiary updates
• Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
