Globe Life AO is hiring for a Virtual Client Support Associate to work entirely remotely from home in the United States. No prior insurance experience is required; comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.

You will connect with individuals and families, explain benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing client support, with scheduling flexibility and weekly performance-based pay.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Be physically located within the United States.
• Be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Have access to a computer and reliable high-speed internet.
• Have a webcam and microphone capability.
• Be willing to participate in training and professional development.
• Be willing and able to obtain the Life & Health Insurance License

Responsibilities

• Connect with clients via scheduled Zoom and phone appointments.
• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
• Assist with enrollment and required documentation.
• Provide ongoing client support and follow-up.
• Maintain accurate digital client records and manage scheduling.
