Job summary

Optimal Group is seeking a Client Project Manager for a remote role. You will win new clients, convert enquiries into confirmed work and manage long-term client relationships within property maintenance and refurbishment.

You will own the client portfolio, coordinate engineers and suppliers, and deliver profitable projects while leveraging AI tools to streamline quoting and communications. UK hours apply, with performance-based bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

2+ years in property maintenance, refurbishment or related trade services
Strong sales, negotiation and relationship-building skills
Wamiliarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) and willingness to adopt AI systems
Willingness to work UK-aligned hours and remote operations

Responsibilities

Win new work through outbound sales, referrals and networking.
Convert inquiries into booked work with timely proposals and follow-up.
Maintain strong client relationships and act as the main contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to deliver surveys, quotes and scope.
Ensure invoices are issued promptly and monitor project profitability.
Leverage AI tools to improve quoting, client communication and productivity.
