Job summary

Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Client Performance Specialist for a remote role. You will act as the daily point of contact for internal and external clients, focusing on inventory performance, operations, and detailed reporting.

You will collaborate with internal departments to align expectations and ensure feasibility of client needs. You will monitor KPIs, prepare reviews, and lead performance calls with major clients while maintaining strong communication and analytical skills in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in client services.
• Previous experience working with clients preferred.
• Strong communication and analytical thinking required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison between client and firm for top-tier clients.
• Refresh and review client KPIs with monthly reporting.
• Prepare performance reviews/decks and lead client calls.
• Monitor client placements for timely and accurate loading.
• Monitor client inventory progression for suits, judgments, and executions.
• Notify internal stakeholders of client changes and ensure implementation.
• Update reference materials and communicate changes.
• Investigate and resolve account-level issues escalated by clients.
• Identify trends and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Other duties as assigned.
