Job summary

Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Client Performance Specialist to serve as the daily point of contact for internal and external clients regarding inventory performance, operations, and reporting.

The role acts as a liaison between clients and internal departments, monitoring performance and identifying opportunities for improvement while ensuring clear communication and feasible processes across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in client services.
• Previous experience working with clients preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure alignment.
• Refreshes client reporting and reviews KPIs monthly.
• Prepares performance reviews and leads performance calls.
• Monitors placements for loading accuracy.
• Identifies trends and recommends solutions.
• Researches and resolves client issues escalated by clients.
