Job summary

Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Client Performance Specialist to act as the daily point of contact for internal and external clients on inventory performance, operations, and reporting. You will liaise between clients and internal departments to align expectations and feasibility, monitor inventory performance, and identify opportunities for improvement.

The role requires strong critical thinking and data analysis, with a focus on delivering clear communication and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Superior written and verbal communication skills.
• Curious and creative mindset for innovative solutions and process improvements.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
• Ability to interact well with others and respect alternative viewpoints.
• Experience working with clients preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a primary liaison between client and firm for top tier clients.
• Refreshes client-specific reporting each month and reviews KPIs by client.
• Prepares performance reviews/decks and leads performance calls.
• Monitors client placements for timely and accurate loading.
• Monitors client inventory for timely suit, judgment, and execution progression.
• Notifies internal stakeholders of client changes and ensures implementation.
• Updates reference materials and communicates changes.
• Researches and resolves account-level issues escalated by clients.
• Identify trends and potential systemic issues and provide recommendations.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
