Job summary

Rausch Sturm LLP is seeking a Client Performance Specialist to be the daily point of contact for internal and external clients regarding inventory performance, operations, and reporting. You will liaise between clients and internal departments to ensure expectations are aligned and feasible.

The role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to review KPIs, prepare client reports, and communicate effectively across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in client services.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Experience analyzing data and preparing client reports.

Responsibilities

Serve as liaison between client and firm for top-tier clients.
Refreshes client-specific reporting each month and reviews KPIs.
Prepares performance reviews/decks and leads performance calls with clients.
Monitors client placements for timely and accurate loading.
Monitors client inventory for timely suit, judgment, and execution progression.
Provides notification of client changes to internal stakeholders and confirms implementation.
Updates reference materials and communicates changes internally.
Researches and resolves account-level issues escalated by clients and internal teams.
Identifies trends and recommends improvements to stakeholders.
Other duties as assigned.
