Job summary

Norton Rose Fulbright US LLP is seeking a proactive Coordinator, Client Payments to ensure accurate client receipts and responsive support for lawyers and staff. You will work closely with the Global Service Center to process payments and produce routine reports.

The role supports regular remote work with in-office attendance as needed, reporting to the Supervisor, Client Payments. Experience in law firm finance is preferred and accuracy is essential.

Qualifications

• At least three years of experience in a professional environment, preferably within a law firm.
• Experience with a legal industry standard financial systems database preferred.
• Able to work independently and in a team; high accuracy and confidentiality.
• Strong communication skills across levels by phone, email and in person.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and data entry.
• Must be flexible to work extra hours as dictated by the role.

Responsibilities

• Record daily revenue payments received.
• Research and identify client receipts; escalate unresolved items.
• Post client receipts in SAP once identified.
• Address AR questions via email and phone timely.
• Prepare ad-hoc reports and payment information.
• Balance batch reports to bank credits.
• Collaborate with accounts payable on Trusts and intercompany transfers.
• Open sub-accounts and maintain balances for Trust accounts.
