Job summary

Optiv is seeking a Client Operations Specialist to support field Client Managers in generating quotes, processing orders, and handling client inquiries. You will use Salesforce to produce timely quotations and assist with pricing strategy, while coordinating with purchasing and operations.

Strong MS Office skills and CRM experience are required. You will work in a fast-paced environment, building relationships with internal teams and external clients, and contributing to the overall sales

Qualifications

• AA or equivalent; 2+ years in B2B sales/client services preferred.
• Prior CRM experience required; Salesforce.com experience preferred.
• Proficient in MS Office; strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate sales quotations for new business using Salesforce.
• Process orders and submit to purchasing accurately and timely.
• Respond to client inquiries via phone and email with excellent service.
• Analyze pricing and assist with pricing strategy and deal registration.
• Liaise between Client Manager and operations to support sales goals.
