Job summary

PerkinElmer is seeking an OneSource Customer Operations Associate to oversee enterprise-level support for designated clients. The role focuses on coordinating service delivery, maintaining relationships, and driving proactive support to minimize downtime.

The position requires 2+ years in customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office; SAP/ServiceMax/Maximo are a plus. Remote work available across the PA region.

Qualifications

• Associate Degree with 2+ years in a team-based customer service environment.
• High School Diploma with 4+ years in customer service.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• SAP, ServiceMax, and Maximo experience desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality service and performance within program and delivery standards.
• Coordinate client relationships and identify service needs and delivery.
• Act as single point of contact to resolve incidents and escalate issues.
• Collaborate with sales and support to demonstrate value and identify expansion opportunities.
• Monitor requests and schedule maintenance; use CMMS and document events.
• Ensure timely communication and escalation as per SOW and SLA.
