PerkinElmer is seeking a Sr. Manager, OneSource Service to lead laboratory service delivery for strategic accounts. You will oversee compliance, service quality, and improve team performance while collaborating with customers to align with their scientific needs.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of leadership experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and exhibit strong operational and communication skills. This position offers a competitive annual salary and requires a commitment to laboratory safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience, or 10+ years with an Associate’s degree.
• Experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory safety practices.

• Oversee delivery of OneSource Laboratory Services ensuring high-quality service.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion.

Connaissances

Senior operational leadership experience in laboratory or regulated environments

Strong commercial awareness

Proven project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Formation

Bachelor’s degree in a scientific discipline
