Qualifications

• 7+ years of leadership experience, or 10+ years with an Associate’s degree.

• Oversee delivery of OneSource Laboratory Services ensuring high-quality service.
• Build trusted relationships with customer leadership.
• Identify opportunities for service expansion.

Skills

Senior operational leadership experience in laboratory or regulated environments

Strong commercial awareness

Proven project management, process optimization, and continuous improvement capability

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft 365 tools

Education
