Job summary

OneSource Virtual is seeking a Consulting Services Manager to lead the Consulting Services team, oversee delivery, and optimize onboarding, ensuring scalable, high-quality customer experiences. You will own delivery frameworks, mentor consultants, and partner with leadership on strategic initiatives.

The role emphasizes proactive process improvement, data-driven reporting, and effective cross-functional collaboration to support a growing roster of Workday customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–5 years of experience in operations, consulting delivery, or project/program management.
• Proven ability to lead operational initiatives while executing tactically.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in performance reporting and data visualization.
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience in a SaaS or enterprise services environment preferred.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Preferred Workday certification.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the functional leader for the Consulting Services team, driving consistency, structure, and accountability across projects.
• Cultivate a high-performing team culture, setting direction and empowering growth.
• Act as a trusted advisor to Services Consulting leadership and contribute to strategic planning.
• Build and improve delivery frameworks, onboarding playbooks, and internal workflows.
• Identify bottlenecks, lead initiatives to streamline operations and enhance scalability.
• Own tracking and reporting of utilization, delivery timelines, project health, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with PMO and other teams to ensure seamless delivery of complex projects.
• Develop dashboards and reports to inform leadership decisions and drive performance.
• Conduct post-engagement reviews to capture lessons learned and drive improvements.
• Manage resource allocation across active/upcoming projects and flag risks.
