Job summary

Nuvant Consulting Group is hiring a Virtual Client Onboarding Representative to serve as the main virtual contact for new and prospective clients. You will initiate outreach, learn client needs, and guide them toward the next steps while documenting interactions in the CRM.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or college degree preferred.
• Professional, friendly communicator who thrives in a client-facing environment.

• Previous experience in sales, appointment setting, or client-facing role a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary virtual point of contact for new and incoming clients.
• Initiate outbound calls, emails, and messages to welcome and onboard clients.
• Engage in conversations to discover client needs and goals.
• Clearly explain service offerings and recommend next steps.
• Schedule follow-up calls or connect clients with the right team members.
• Maintain detailed and accurate client records in our CRM system.
