Job summary

Full Circle CX is seeking a Client Associate to be the frontline of client communication, handling onboarding and daily operational support from a remote home office. You will serve as the main liaison for client accounts and coordinate with internal teams to ensure satisfaction.

The role requires a neutral English accent, at least 1 year of customer service experience, and strong communication skills. Typing at 40 wpm and multitasking ability are preferred, with a background check required.

Responsibilities
