Job summary

WTW is seeking a Captives & Insurance Management Solutions Account Manager to support client relationships and program-level strategy for commercial Property & Casualty accounts. You will handle financial reporting, broker coordination, and underwriting materials while liaising with the parent company, regulators, and service providers.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, accuracy in financials, and delivering best-in-class client service in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Risk Management, Insurance, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 5–8 years of relevant experience in commercial Property & Casualty insurance, captive insurance, insurance brokerage, underwriting, risk management, accounting, or financial services preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications; strong analytical and financial aptitude.
• Excellent client service, communication, and ability to work with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as key liaison for financial reporting on client accounts and manage escrow, loss billing, and financial statements.
• Support revenue growth and program-level strategy with brokers and clients.
• Assist in underwriting tasks: gather information for renewals, endorsements, and account handling.
• Coordinate client meetings and ensure timely delivery of materials and responses.
• Collaborate with internal teams to standardize processes and enhance client service.
