Job summary

WTW is seeking a Client Manager in San Francisco to blend internal partnership, delivery activities, and client-facing work within Commercial Property and Casualty insurance. The role emphasizes client relationships, profitability, and collaboration across shared service centers, with a remote work arrangement.

Qualifications include 2+ years in P&C insurance in a client-facing capacity, strong communication, and licensing requirements.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client- or carrier-facing role.
• Ability to work on Pacific Time Zone shift schedule.
• Must maintain P&C license and complete CE activities as needed.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for phone and email.
• Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain Select accounts based on revenue, industry and coverage needs.
• Review contracts to ensure appropriate coverages are in place.
• Schedule and document internal and external strategy meetings and outcomes.
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to gather updated exposures and underwriting info.
• Design and deliver client proposals and fee/compensation agreements.
