Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking a Client Manager to handle a mix of internal partnership, delivery activities, and client-facing work in Commercial Property and Casualty. This fully remote role supports a nationwide client base with Eastern Time business hours and exposure to renewal, underwriting, and fee agreements. Strong communication, analytical, and process skills are required; P&C knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing or carrier-facing role.
• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience required.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including phone and email.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain lower mid-market accounts based on revenue, industry, coverage needs, and other key factors.
• Review and interpret client contracts to ensure appropriate coverage meets requirements.
• Schedule and lead internal and external strategy meetings; document outcomes and next steps.
• Collaborate with internal teams, carriers, brokers, and clients to gather updated exposures and underwriting information.
• Lead due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions; identify coverage gaps and integration needs.
