Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is hiring a mid-level Incoming Specialty Client Manager / U.S. Broker in a hybrid U.S. role. You will lead U.S. placements for multinational accounts, work with the global network, and advise on market trends, coverage, and regulatory requirements.

You will manage end-to-end placements, renewals, and client service with a focus on accuracy and compliance while collaborating with Global Service Delivery teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing and market-facing brokerage or underwriting role.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Active or obtainable U.S. Property & Casualty broker license.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with ability to build and manage relationships across teams.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage forms and the end-to-end renewal process.
• Proficiency with approved AI-enabled and digital tools; use of Responsible AI principles.
• Commitment to continuous professional growth and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. brokerage lead for assigned multinational accounts with global network collaboration.
• Advise clients and overseas colleagues on U.S. market trends, coverage, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, markets, and Global Service Delivery teams.
• Execute domestic U.S. placements, including smaller risks and applying program strategy for complex placements.
• Analyze exposure data; prepare submissions and coordinate with specialty brokers.
• Analyze quotes and present competitive proposals with coverage comparisons.
• Manage placements through binding, issuance, endorsements, and audits.
• Retain and grow the book through relationships and service excellence.
• Oversee day-to-day, mentor teams, and collaborate with Global Service Delivery.
• Recommend solutions including M&A due diligence support and oversee billing/compliance.
• Coordinate GSD activities and ensure accurate invoicing and collections.
• Ensure SOX/FATCA/sanctions compliance and support Excellence model.
