Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an experienced Incoming Specialty Client Manager / U.S. Broker to support multinational clients from the U.S., handling placements, renewals, and delivering high-quality service aligned with global program strategy.

A strong foundation in Property & Casualty brokerage is essential. The role requires collaboration with WTW's global network and carriers, ensuring regulatory compliance and effective client communication.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing and market-facing brokerage or underwriting role.
• High School Diploma required; Bachelor’s Degree preferred
• Active or obtainable U.S. Property & Casualty broker license, including continuing education requirements
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build and manage relationships with clients, colleagues, markets, and offshore teams
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance coverage forms and renewal process; support market negotiations and client service
• Experience with AI-enabled/digital tools to improve productivity and client outcomes
• Understanding of Responsible AI principles and commitment to ethical use of technology

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary U.S. brokerage lead for assigned multinational accounts.
• Advise clients and overseas colleagues on U.S. market trends, coverage, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain proactive communication with clients, markets, and Global Service Delivery teams.
• Execute domestic U.S. placements for assigned accounts and support larger, complex placements.
• Collect, review, and analyze exposure data; prepare submissions to markets or coordinate with brokers.
• Analyze quotes and present proposals with coverage comparisons and recommendations.
• Manage policy placements through binding, issuance, endorsements, and audits.
• Grow the book of business through strong client relationships and high-quality service.
• Provide day-to-day oversight and mentorship to a Client Specialist and GSD teams.
• Support policy term decisions, including M&A due diligence and other opportunities.
• Coordinate Global Service Delivery activities, including billing and certificates.
• Oversee invoicing, collections, and compliance with SOX and other regulations
