Job summary

WTW is seeking a Client Manager to blend internal partnership, delivery activities, and client-facing work within aProperty & Casualty environment. The role focuses on maintaining client relationships, ensuring profitability, and coordinating across carriers, brokers, and internal teams to meet coverage and compliance needs.

The position is fully remote for candidates nationwide in the United States, with Eastern Time as the standard working hours.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Property & Casualty insurance experience in a client-facing or carrier-facing role.
• College degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience required.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving capability.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and retain lower mid-market accounts based on revenue, industry, coverage needs, and other key business factors.
• Maintain awareness of market trends, carrier updates, and industry changes to anticipate and respond to evolving client needs.
• Review and interpret client contracts to ensure appropriate insurance coverage is in place to meet vendor and business partner requirements.
• Schedule and lead internal and external strategy meetings, while documenting and communicating outcomes, decisions, and next steps.
• Review, finalise, and deliver current and expiring exposure information to support renewal and placement activities.
• Collaborate with internal teams, external partners, carriers, and clients to gather updated exposures and underwriting information.
• Obtain updated client exposure documentation and perform coverage needs and gap analysis to ensure appropriate insurance solutions are applied.
• Design, prepare, negotiate, and deliver client fee and compensation agreements as needed.
• Lead and coordinate insurance due diligence activities related to mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions.
• Partner with clients, brokers, carriers, legal teams, and transaction stakeholders to evaluate insurance implications of acquisitions and recommend appropriate risk management solutions.
