Job summary

Marsh Agency is seeking a Commercial Lines Client Advisor within the Business Insurance team to maintain and expand a book of accounts, coordinating with Producers, Underwriters and Service Team members. The role supports coverage analysis, risk management, renewals and proposals in a hybrid work environment.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of insurance brokerage experience, an active Property & Casualty license, and strong oral/written communication, analytical and presentation skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant insurance brokerage experience.
• Active Property & Casualty license is required.
• Experience managing accounts through the client life cycle, including renewals.
• Solid coverage, underwriting and risk management knowledge.
• Excellent written and oral communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to present to diverse groups.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and agency management systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide coverage analysis and risk management recommendations.
• Complete applications and prepare submissions.
• Negotiate coverage and pricing with carriers and prepare proposals.
• Resolve billing issues and process policy changes.
• Prepare renewal reviews and renewal proposals.
