Thompson Coburn LLP is seeking a full-time Client Intake Specialist in Chicago with a focus on client/matter intake, conflict of interest review, and cross-team support. The role demands attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic legal environment.

Under the Client Intake Manager, you will process intake requests, perform QA checks, and guide staff on conflicts procedures.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher preferred.
• Minimum one year prior experience scrubbing, mining or analyzing data.
• Prior client intake and conflicts experience in the legal services industry strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes client and matter intake requests and ensures accuracy.
• Performs quality review checks on conflicts and intake information.
• Guides attorneys and staff on conflicts and intake procedures.
• Uses software/workflow tools to process intake data and conflict requests.
• Escalates issues to appropriate individuals as needed.
