Job summary

Confidential law firm in Fort Lauderdale seeks an experienced Legal Intake Manager to lead a growing intake team and optimize how inquiries become clients. You will own the end-to-end conversion process from initial inquiry to client retention, coaching your staff to maintain warmth and high standards.

You will hire, train, and scale the team, monitor calls for quality, and work with marketing and attorneys to align outreach with handoffs. This role is on-site, Monday–Friday.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in law firm intake, including leading or supervising an intake team.
• Proven conversion improvements you can point to, not just personal results.
• Experience with call monitoring and coaching: you can listen to a call and identify changes.
• Comfortable with CRM reporting, pipeline, and conversion metrics.
• Able to work on-site in Fort Lauderdale, Monday–Friday.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a growing team of client intake specialists.
• Own conversion end-to-end—from first inquiry to consultation booked to client retained.
• Listen to calls, review with the team, and raise the quality of every conversation.
• Set targets, track performance, and report on pipeline and conversion.
• Manage schedules and coverage so no inquiry goes unanswered.
• Hire, onboard, and train new intake staff as the team scales.
• Collaborate with marketing and attorneys so inquiries and handoffs are clean.
