Telaré Law is seeking an Intake Specialist to serve as the primary contact for clients, handling inquiries and supporting intake and conversion efforts. The role blends sales ability, client service, and technical proficiency to ensure smooth operations and exceptional experiences.

Based in Richland, WA, this in-person position requires collaboration with the intake and case management teams, and offers comprehensive benefits along with performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service or related experience in a professional setting.
• Proven sales experience in a competitive or high-volume environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Adobe, Salesforce CRM, and Teams.

Responsabilités

• Interact with potential clients via phone, email, and in-person to provide information and convert inquiries into signed cases.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for internal processes and client-facing resources.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems and collaborate with intake and case management teams.
