Job summary

PSI Services is seeking a Manager, Client Implementation Project Management to lead and grow the client-implementation PM team. This remote-US role focuses on onboarding new clients and delivering ongoing projects onto PSI platforms and workflows.

You will own delivery standards, governance, and customer outcomes. You will drive strategic vision for the PM function, mentor a team of PMs, and collaborate with commercial, product, and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality

Qualifications

• Total experience: 10+ years in project or program delivery.
• 8+ years leading project managers or senior PMs.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Proficiency with MS Project, Smartsheet, or Jira.
• Prince2 / PMP / Agile experience; certification preferred.
• Extensive stakeholder management across multiple departments.
• Ability to hire, coach, and manage performance.

Responsibilities

• Owns and runs the client implementation project management team.
• Sets the strategic vision and operating model for the PM function.
• Anticipates demand, gaps, and risks to evolve delivery capabilities.
• Partners with cross-functional teams to align delivery with business objectives.
• Leads, mentors, and manages performance of PMs; ensures on-time delivery.
• Steps into projects hands-on when needed to protect client commitments.
• Develops portfolio-level reporting and governance for visibility.
