Qualifications

• 3+ years in client implementation or related client-facing role in health care.
• Experience with health payor/insurer or health tech environments.
• Jira experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops project implementation plans and timelines with milestones.
• Acts as primary liaison between clients and internal teams.
• Oversees configuration including provider credentialing, billing/claims, and care management.
• Maintains project plans, status reports, risk logs and CRM documentation.
• Manages the client implementation pipeline and communicates progress.
• Provides post-launch support and problem resolution for clients.
• Coordinates go-live readiness activities and trainings.
• Seeks process improvements to enhance implementation.
