Job summary

Cardinal Health Sonexus Health Pharmacy Services is seeking an experienced Client Services Manager to coordinate and oversee multiple program activities for healthcare clients remotely across the U.S. You will conduct client meetings, document decisions, and track progress on IT projects and program milestones.

The role requires strong organization, cross-functional collaboration, and the ability to manage timelines while communicating risks and outcomes to leadership.

Qualifications

• Min 5 years related client services experience, preferred.
• Min 5 years’ experience in managing complex program activities with high accountability, preferred.
• Ability to travel - less than 25%.

Responsibilities

• Review weekly, monthly & quarterly program activities with the client.
• Attend meetings, take detailed notes, document key points and decisions.
• Monitor all program activities and IT projects associated with the program.
• Set due dates and responsible parties; follow up on action items.
• Provide weekly reports of all program activities and timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and timely completion.
• Escalate delayed activities to program leadership as needed.
